Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Olde Gold Beer Company LLC is formed only when we ship your order or make it available for pickup.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping Restrictions: We only ship to addresses within the United States and only to states where we are legally permitted to ship alcoholic beverages. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Certain geographic areas, including dry counties and restricted localities, are excluded from delivery.

Delivery: All alcoholic beverage deliveries require an adult signature (21+) and valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. If no one 21 or older is available to accept delivery, the package will not be delivered and may be returned to us at your expense.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments after they have been delivered to the carrier.

Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations:

General Policy: Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable laws, all sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@oldegoldbeer.com with photographic evidence. We will, at our sole discretion, either replace the product or issue a refund.

Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items: The following are not eligible for return or refund: opened products, products without defects, personalized items, and clearance/final sale items.

Alcohol Content: While we strive for accuracy, alcohol by volume (ABV) and other product specifications may vary slightly from what is listed on our Site. We are not liable for minor variations in product specifications.

Unless both you and we agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's or party's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a consolidated, representative, or class proceeding.

 

Exceptions: This arbitration agreement does not apply to:

• Disputes that may be brought in small claims court.

• Claims for injunctive or equitable relief regarding intellectual property rights.

• Any claim where arbitration is prohibited by law.
