Official Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of California, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. By entering, participants certify that they meet both requirements.
Alcohol Disclaimer: Any prizes that include alcoholic beverages will only be awarded to winners who provide valid government-issued identification verifying they are 21 years of age or older. Alcoholic prizes are not transferable to anyone under 21.
In-Person Pickup Required: Winners must pick up their prizes in person at a designated location in California. Prizes will not be shipped or delivered. Valid ID must be presented at the time of pickup.
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
Promotional Giveaway: This giveaway is intended solely for promotional purposes by Olde Gold Beer Co. It is not a charitable raffle as defined by California law and is not associated with or sponsored by any third party unless otherwise stated.
